Posted January 4Jan 4 Administration Are you a morning person...waking up at the crack of dawn and being busy and focus...or are you a night owl and up during the night? I have to be a morning person cause I'm always awake before anyone else in the house.
April 27Apr 27 Moderation Night Owl. Even though I have PTSD from abuse and nights are hard for me. I would rather stay up at night and sleep during the day.
